Your expertise in managing complex programmes and leading cross-functional teams will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience across all digital channels.YOU WILL:Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, high-impact projects, effectively planning, managing risks, and optimizing budgetsCollaborate closely with the UK-based engineering team and product manager to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvementRecommend and implement best practices in agile and lean ways of working, while maintaining alignment with the broader transformation goalsCommunicate progress and insights to executive stakeholders, demonstrating your ability to navigate complexity and deliver impactive resultsIDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:Extensive experience in leading technology-driven programmes, preferably in the financial services or retail sectorsDemonstrated success in bringing structure to ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives and driving continuous improvementProficiency in understanding and working with APIs, back-end systems, and other technical componentsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence cross-functional teamsA passion for driving digital transformation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiencesApplicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland.
