Clinics Area Lead – Loughborough Champion performance. Develop people. Shape regional excellence.As a vital member of Pure’s Regional Team, the Clinics Area Lead plays a key leadership role in driving clinical excellence and empowering our people. Reporting to the Head of Clinics, with a dotted line to the Regional Lead, you’ll oversee and mentor a team of Clinics Team Leads—supporting their growth and enabling the development of their wider learning teams.Working pattern: Three days per week will be clinic-based in Loughborough. The remaining two days will focus on line management of Midlands clinicians.What you’ll bring:A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a senior clinical role , with proven leadership capabilityActive HCPC registration held for 4 years or moreA passion for developing others and driving service excellenceYou’ll lead on:Clinical quality – Upholding standards, maximising diary efficiency, and driving performance metricsLeadership development – Coaching Team Leads, nurturing emerging talent, and promoting progressionOperational excellence – Enhancing diary management, onboarding, and succession planningGovernance & risk – Ensuring compliance with HCPC, CSP, and Pure’s clinical frameworksCulture & values – Embedding a high-performance mindset and championing inclusive leadershipThis role goes beyond regional clinical oversight—it’s your chance to shape a values-led, high-performing culture that supports growth, wellbeing, and outstanding patient outcomes.
