This is a Perm role based in London.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end logistics process for international shipments, including inbound and outbound movements, warehousing, and distribution.Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, import/export documentation, and customs requirements across all regions.Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with supply chain partners and logistics service providers, aiming to maximise cost savings and service quality.Coordinate with warehousing partners to manage inventory and ensure seamless order fulfilment for international markets.Implement cost-effective strategies and negotiate terms to achieve financial targets without compromising service levels.Work closely with the production, planning, sourcing, and retail teams to align logistics strategies with business goals and production timelines.Support new market entries and product launches by establishing logistics processes and distribution strategies for each region.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and minimise risks in the logistics operations.Establish and track KPIs for logistics performance, generating reports to present to senior management.What We’re Looking For:10+ years in international logistics, preferably consumer goods industry.Experience managing supply chains spanning Southeast Asia and delivering goods to customers in the UK, Europe, US and Australia.Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics or a related field.
