This brand operates on a global scale, and already have an exceptional growth story with some hugely exciting plans to continue their upward trajectory.The RoleDue to their growth ambitions, this brand are looking to secure a Chief Technology Officer to set the strategic direction for innovation, lead digital transformation efforts, enhance their eCommerce and omnichannel capabilities and build a future-ready technology ecosystem. This is a highly strategic role that will directly impact the brand’s competitive edge and market position.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Vision: • Define and execute the global technology strategy to support business growth, operational efficiency and innovation across the business • Lead technology decision-making at board level, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology investmentseCommerce & Customer-Facing Technology: • Lead the development and optimisation of next-gen e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience across all digital touchpoints, including web, mobile, and social commerce • Drive the integration of headless commerce, microservices architectures, and omnichannel solutions to improve global scalability, reduce time to market, and enhance customer engagement • Define strategies for AI-driven personalisation, virtual try-ons, and seamless checkout to enhance the customer journey across online and offline channelsEnterprise Architecture & IT Infrastructure: • Oversee the design and implementation of cloud-first, scalable, and robust IT infrastructure that supports global operations and growth objectives • Lead the evolution of enterprise systems architecture, integrating ERP, CRM, and AI-powered manufacturing to streamline business operations • Ensure data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance are upheld at the highest standards to protect customer data and business-critical information across multiple global markets • Implement next-gen technologies, such as IoT, blockchain, and AI-driven analytics, to drive efficiency, traceability, and predictive intelligence across the supply chain and production floorManufacturing & Supply Chain Technology: • Drive the integration of cutting-edge manufacturing technologies – including AI, robotics, and IoT – to enhance precision, speed, and quality control in our jewellery production process • Spearhead the implementation of smart supply chain solutions that enable real-time inventory management, automated demand forecasting, and end-to-end transparency across raw materials and finished goods • Establish smart factories, utilising AI and data analytics to improve manufacturing throughput while maintaining the highest quality standards • Define and deploy advanced IoT solutions and digital twins to track, analyse, and optimise production efficiency and inventory movement across the global supply chainTeam Development: • Build and lead a high-performance global technology team across engineering, product management, and IT operations • Lead by example in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementThe Person • Proven, demonstrable Technology Leadership experience, including extensive experience at the Executive Level within global Retail organisations • Proven track-record of scaling enterprise technology, including cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, automation, IoT and manufacturing systems • A deep understanding of premium/luxury retail, eCommerce and Supply Chain technologies, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute on transformational initiatives • Strong experience in defining enterprise-wide technology strategy, including systems architecture, cloud-first infrastructure, and data governance • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders • Strong experience building high-performance technology functions and in leading
