Why not come and join us.Main Function of role:Reporting daily to the Finance DirectorPreparation of accounts to trial balance, journals, pre-payments and accrualsPurchase Ledger & Sales LedgerAssisting with managing cash flowPreparing payment runsMaintain and update fixed asset register, depreciation etcAssisting with preparing VAT returnsAssisting with monthly management accountsKey Skills and Qualifications:Level 2/3 AAT Bookkeeping Qualification or equivalentExperience using Sage 50 AccountsHave a positive can-do attitudeAbility to take ownership and responsibilityExcellent communication and organisation skills and attention to detailAble to work on his/ her own initiative and work well as part of a teamCapable of working on multiple tasks each day, being flexible/agile to match the planned and reactive operational environments due to internal and external factors
