Now Hiring: Occupational Health Practitioner – RomfordPermanent, Part-Time (22.5 hrs/week)£28K–£32K + bonus + private healthcareOn-site, Life Sciences Sector, Start ASAPWe’re working with a private Life Sciences company seeking a Registered Nurse (OH qualified) to lead on workplace wellbeing, health surveillance, and risk management at their main manufacturing site in Romford.Flexible Part-Time Hours:22.5 hours/weekMon–Wed (7.5 hrs/day) or spread across 5 daysMostly Romford-based with minimal travel to BrentwoodOccasional night shift cover (paid)What you’ll be doing:OH assessments, RTW plans, DSE/ergonomic adviceWellness initiatives (mental health, smoking cessation etc.)Emergency response, first aid support, sickness absence guidanceWorking closely with HR & H&S — this is a newly created role you can truly shapeWhat we’re looking for:Registered Nurse (NMC Part 1) with Occupational Health experienceIdeally from pharma or manufacturingStrong in risk managementMental health awareness and first aid training desirableApproachable, professional, and confident working independentlyBenefits include:£28K–£32K (flexible DOE)5% bonus (from next year)Private single healthcarePaid overtimeInterested in making this role your own?
