Contract Opportunity: Operations Analytics Design LeadLuton (3 Days Onsite/Week)12-Month Contract | Outside IR35£ Competitive Daily RateWe’re hiring an Operations Analytics Design Lead to help deliver a cutting-edge roadmap of analytics and AI capabilities across our client’s global Pharma Operations landscape. This is a unique opportunity to drive business transformation across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and distribution.Maternity cover starting in November – ideally want person to start mid SeptemberHead of design for operations analytics (factories, distribution & supply chain)Run a team of business analysts (task managing rather than line managing) – stakeholder management, keeping people on task, removing blockers etcGood understanding of analytics and operations in a pharma companyIdeally SAP Analytics cloud and DatasphereVP Level – able to interact with senior executive teamDon’t want an order taker – someone that is able to innovate with peoplePharma experience as need experience of GxP, products structures, supply chains etc1 stage interview processWhat You’ll DoLead and mentor a team of senior Business Analysts (Business Area Leads), ensuring high-quality delivery and prioritisation.Design new operating models for operations analytics across the enterprise (network, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, etc.).Drive decision-making support through analytics, reducing risk, accelerating processes, and unlocking business value.Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Operations to define requirements and steer delivery of AI/analytics solutions.Embed analytics into operational processes and champion citizen data initiatives, literacy, and governance.Develop best practices for BI lifecycle, visualisation, and digital boardrooms.Partner with the SI to design, build, and test SAP-based analytics solutions, ensuring delivery excellence.✅ Must-Have SkillsStrong background in business analysis and ERP analytics within pharma operations.Proven experience with analytics delivery in SAP (including SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik, Power BI).Prior involvement in analytics build/testing on SAP platforms.Task/team management and leadership across cross-functional global teams.Exceptional communication skills – able to engage stakeholders from shop floor to top floor.Desirable SkillsFull S/4 HANA lifecycle implementation experience (Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA, Datasphere).Deep understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes in regulated environments.Exposure to GxP/SOx regulations.Familiarity with data science use cases in Operations.UX know-how and visual storytelling with data.Experience managing large-scale, multi-year programs.Professional certifications in SAP, PM, BI or Lean frameworks.If you’re a visionary analytics leader who thrives at the intersection of data, business operations, and digital transformation — we’d love to hear from you.Apply now or message directly for more details!#Operations #Analytics #SAP #S4HANA #AI #ContractJobs #PharmaJobs #BusinessIntelligence #OutsideIR35 #HiringNow #LutonJobs
